Customers of Crewe based affordable housing provider, Wulvern, are being invited to rate the organisations performance in a satisfaction survey conducted by independent research specialist, BMG.
Wulvern have commissioned BMG research to carry out the survey on their behalf with a sample of at least 20% of customers. The purpose of the survey is to understand how happy customers are with their homes, community and other services they may receive.
Customers are assured that all the information they give will be kept completely confidential. It will only be used to monitor Wulvern’s performance, and to compare it with that of other housing associations.
Wulvern's Strategic Director of People and Places, Geoff Loughlin, said: “We encourage those customers contacted to take part in the Survey. The information they give us is key to improving our services, and helps us ensure that what we are doing meets their needs and expectations.”
