Asset & Investment Team Leader (Heating, Mechanical & Electrical)

Crewe

£30,000 + car allowance + pension

We are looking for two Asset and Investment Team Leaders who will be responsible for leading and managing a team engaged in the delivery of Wulvern’s planned and cyclical activities.

General Buildings

As our General Buildings Team leader you will lead and manage a team engaged in the delivery of programmed installation/replacement, cyclical and reactive maintenance schemes relating to our general building activities.

Heating, Mechanical and Electrical

As our Heating, Mechanical and Electrical Team Leader you will lead and manage a team engaged in the delivery of schemes and programmes of installation, cyclical testing/servicing and reactive maintenance relating to all heating, mechanical and electrical activities.

Both Team leaders will work with the Asset and Investment Manager in providing a brilliant service to customers, best value for money and ensuring full compliance with all formal regulations, British Standards and industry good practice.

Our successful candidates will have a proactive and a commercial approach to programme management with the ability to show they have delivered similar contracts and programmes on time and within budget. The successful candidates will need to have a recognised Building/Technical/Management qualification at least to Diploma level.

Deva Point Domestic Technician (Cleaner)

Blacon, Chester

£5268 - £6484 per annum

Between 13-16 hours per week – Monday to Friday

We will be opening Deva Point, our new Extra Care Scheme in Blacon, Chester, early in 2015.  We are looking to recruit three domestic technicians to ensure that our buildings are cleaned in an efficient way and to the required standard.

To ensure a star performance, you will need to be sensitive to the needs of our older and vulnerable customers, understand manual handling techniques and demonstrate awareness of Health & Safety issues.  Basic computer skills would also be an advantage!

Home Support Team Leader

Wulvern House, Electra Way, Crewe

Working in this new team you will become part of a team of homes experts who will support the delivery of a brilliant planned, cyclical, responsive repairs and empty homes services.

This challenging and rewarding role  within Wulvern will help us to do what matters to our customers by providing a brilliant proactive, organised support service to the Home Teams.

You will run an efficient and effective home support team by providing motivational management, coaching and support to staff.  You will also assist with bespoke projects and work collaboratively with all teams to ensure a seamless service is provided.

You will need to be a highly motivated self starter with great, planning, organising and analytical skills.  You will need previous experience of working in property services including repairs, empty homes and planned improvements with a good working knowledge of processes, procedures and administration systems.

Extra Care Housing Manager

Millhouse, Nantwich

£28,000

One of our goals is to support people to live independently in their chosen lifestyle and if you share this idea you might be our new Extra Care Scheme Manager.

In this exciting and challenging role you will be responsible for managing Mill House, our Extra Care scheme in Nantwich.  You will be central to ensuring the efficient, safe and smooth running of the building together with the well-being and independence of all the residents, helping to develop a vibrant and thriving community.

If you are flexible, with excellent communication and customer service skills and enjoy a job where no two days are the same then you could be our star Extra Care Manager for Mill House.

You will have experience in housing management and managing a team, ideally in an Extra Care setting and will demonstrate excellent communication and people skills as well as empathy towards older people.   The ability to prioritise tasks whilst embracing a positive attitude towards customer service is essential.

We need you to be educated to a minimum of GCSE standard (or equivalent) in Maths and English, have a full driving licence and be subject to a DBS check.  Relevant qualifications in relation to support services or housing would also be beneficial.
