improving homes

In 2003 Wulvern made a promise to improve our properties and turn them into decent homes for our customers. Today we’re proud to announce that we have kept that promise and not only that, we’ve exceeded our target. Wulvern has now successfully delivered our five year £40.1 million improvement programme, resulting in more than 10,700 improvements for our customers!

Major work has included

• 2,085 new kitchens
• 1,085 new external doors
• 1,527 new bathrooms
• 1,506 new heating systems 

Wulvern has earmarked £7 million for improvements to its housing stock in 2011/12, including new kitchens, bathrooms and energy efficient heating systems as well as environmental improvements.  A further £8 million has been identified to build new homes.
