Cheshire homechoice is a new way of letting homes available for social rent, which will allows you to choose where you want to live by expressing an interest in the properties you would like to move to. This will replace the traditional way of letting homes based on a points system.

Cheshire homechoice is being run in partnership with Cheshire East Council, Cheshire Peaks & Plains Housing Trust, Plus Dane Group and Wulvern. 

You can apply with Cheshire Homechoice and view all available properties now at www.cheshirehomechoice.org.uk alternatively, application forms are available at all partner offices. Once your registration has been accepted you will be able to express an interest in any properties suitable to your circumstances.

Please be aware that you may be asked to supply supporting evidence before you are able to take part in Cheshire homechoice failure to do so may delay the processing of your application.
