The Wulvern Housing Options Team provide dedicated support and advice for people seeking housing advice. If you are a Wulvern customer looking for housing advice our team will happily talk through your housing options with you, if you are a private tenant and are having problems with your landlord, we can also help to resolve these and advise you on alternative housing options. Likewise, if you are a landlord having problems with your tenant, Wulvern may be able to help you resolve these without resorting to eviction.  We would also like you to tell us before any notice to quit is served on a tenant.

We have two Wulvern Choices shops, one in Crewe and one in Nantwich, where you can call in to receive free housing advice. You may also call in advance to make an appointment with an advisor at either shop at a convenient time for you. You may also call into the Wulvern head office where a member of our customer servcie team will be able to help.

Wulvern’s homeless prevention and advice service

We know that prevention is better than a cure. Working on behalf of the Local Authority, Wulvern are committed to reducing the problem of homelessness in the area through successful prevention work. Anyone who is homeless or threatened with homelessness can make arrangements to discuss their situation and the options available to them with Wulvern’s Housing Options Team. Our staff will complete an initial phone or face to face assessment to establish whether you meet the criteria outlined in the 1996 Housing Act, amended by the Homeless Act 2002, before accepting a homeless application. We will also advise you on alternative housing options including housing associations, private rented and supported housing schemes.
