We are Wulvern's Empty Homes Team Leaders, and we are responsible for ensuring that when a home becomes empty, it is brought up to the required lettable standard before the new customer moves in. This involves cleaning and making repairs where necessary in line with our Empty Homes Promise.  

We also work with our Allocations Team to ensure our homes are available to suit the individual needs of the new customer moving in, wherever this is possible.
