We have a range of information leaflets for customers in relation to our homes and services. We also produce leaflets detailing our policies and strategies and also our two customer magazines, Homewords and YourCall.

These are all available for you to pick up at our Wulvern shops and our Head Office. Alternatively you can click on the links below to download a pdf copy. If you would like a copy of any of these leaflets, policies or publications sent out to you, or require the information on tape, in large print, in Braille or in other languages, please ring Customer Services on 01270 506200 option 4, and we will happily sent it out to you.
