At Wulvern we understand the importance of maximising people’s independence to ensure they remain in their homes for as long as possible. Our active4age team are committed to ensuring our customers receive the services and support they require to ensure this happens, as well as improving their quality of life.
Our emergency alarm service provides a 24 hour alarm service designed to respond to customer’s calls for assistance in an emergency. In addition active4age customers also benefit from dedicated support from their Mobile Support Officer or Sheltered Housing Co-ordinator, who create an individual support plan for every customer, to identify possible areas where they could benefit from additional support.
Our aids and adaptations programme helps hundreds of Wulvern customers to remain independent in their homes by carrying out both minor and major adaptations.
Furthermore our Healthy, Wealthy and Wise scheme has helped thousands of elderly people across south Cheshire to improve their health, independence and quality of life through our exciting programme of activities designed to keep them physically and mentally active.
The active4age team are also responsible for our Extra Care developments Mill House in Nantwich and Pickmere in Crewe, which offer a new way of retirement living.
